When to upgrade past email

Stay on email while traffic is low and every submission needs manual review. Move to a backend only when volume becomes annoying, not earlier.

Good next step: Tally, Formspree, Basin, Airtable, or a tiny Cloudflare Worker that writes to D1 / sends to email.
